HERD is a young and upcoming business that specialize in Handmade products. Bee Aesthetics was established in 2017, and changed to HERD early 2020. Our aim is to provide clients with high quality end products with a unique edge.

SHIPPING

 

We want to offer our clients the best service possible.

 

All orders will be processed ASAP to our clients.

 

Deliveries of ordered goods will take 5-10 business days for city centres and outlying areas to be delivered. Deliveries are normally made on business days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays).

 

We recommend having your goods sent to a business address or to ensure someone is available to check and sign for the delivery, in order to permit fast and efficient service.

In rare situations deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. Please make sure you track your parcel to be available for collection. It is not always possible for a courier company to call you before delivering goods. Ensure the correct postal code and contact number is used when adding your shipping details.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

 

Exchanging a product for a different size provided that such variation is available, and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. In such a case, we will arrange collection of product in original packaging and no signs of been used. Once we have received the product we will refund the customer with variation requested.

 

Collection and Delivery will be charged to customer.

 

Standard Warranty

 

If you have received a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect, but in any event within 3 months after delivery/collection of the product.

 

We will arrange collection of product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, repair / replace the product or credit your account with the price of the product. Refunds are handled within 5-7 working days. Please provide suitable or original packaging for returning product.

 

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to return under the section below:

 

faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;

damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
